Global Delta Credit Bonus Scheme Terms and Conditions

This offer is provided by Global Delta, traded under Global Delta Limited (herein “the Company” or “Global Delta”), to the Company’s clients.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This offer is available from 25_th January 2021 and last updated at 15 April 2025.

2. This offer is only available to the Global Delta’ Clients in the following countries/regions.

3. Global Delta will offer this to new and existing clients at its discretion. If you are not sure about your eligibility, please contact info@globaldelta.co.in.

4. New clients must open a new live account with Global Delta (meaning, not a “demo” account). By opening a new account with Global Delta, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Global Delta’ Terms and Conditions.

5. You will be automatically opt-in to this offer if you are eligible after your live trading account is opened. If you would like to change your mind whether to participate in this offer, you can log in to you Client Portal and change the status under the “Promotion” tab.

6. To be eligible to this offer, you must make a minimum of $500 (USD equivalent) as your first-time deposit to your trading account.

7. Eligible clients will receive credit bonus as per below:

   1. 50% of your first deposit, up to $500 credit (USD equivalent)

   2. 20% of your subsequent deposits

   “subsequent deposits” means any deposits you made after your first deposit, or the part that exceeds $1,000 from your first deposit.

8. You will not be able to claim 50% credit bonus If your first-time deposit is less than $500 (USD equivalent). You are eligible to get credit bonus that worth 20% of your deposit from any subsequent deposits you made to your trading account.

9. The credit amount is capped at a maximum of $10,000 (USD equivalent) per eligible client at any time during this offer.

10. Your bonus will be credited to your trading account within 1 business day after we verify your deposit.

11. Global Delta reserves the right to stop clients claiming credit bonuses from promotions if your deposit is made via an e-wallet/cryptocurrency channel including but not limited to USDT, Neteller and Skrill.

12. Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, Introducer/Affiliate rebates or commissions of any kind will not be considered new deposits and therefore will not be counted towards this offer.

13. Credit amounts cannot be withdrawn. Profits made will be reflected in your account value. Similarly, any losses made will be deducted from your account value. Any profits generated from the utilization of the bonus are available for withdrawal as per our withdrawal procedure.

14. If you opt to withdraw your original deposit, a partial/full trading credit will be removed from your account accordingly.

15. You cannot transfer your bonus between your trading accounts.

16. If your account equity is less than the trading credit on your account, the remaining credit may be withdrawn at our discretion, which could in turn force a stop out of all open positions on your account.

17. This program can be retracted at any time of Global Delta’ choosing and account eligibility will be subject to our discretion.

18. Your credit will be removed at the time this promotion offer ends without further notice.

19. Trading accounts with a leverage ratio of 2000:1 are not eligible to participate in the Deposit Bonus promotion.
